Delivery & Orders

  1. How much does shipping cost within the UK? We offer flat-rate shipping across the United Kingdom:

    • Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): £3.99 (Free on all orders over £50)

    • Express Next-Day Delivery: £5.99 (Please place your order before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday)

  2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import fees, and taxes.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. While we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Sizing & Fabric Quality

  1. How do I find my correct size? Our apparel is designed for an athletic, supportive fit. Each product page features a detailed sizing chart with exact measurements:

    • Men’s gear generally runs true to size for a structured, athletic fit. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

    • Women’s gear (such as sports bras and leggings) is engineered for supportive compression. If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

  2. Are your leggings fully squat-proof? Yes, absolutely. All Phoenix Coaching Systems leggings are crafted from premium, high-density, multi-way stretch fabrics. They are strictly tested on the gym floor to guarantee 100% opacity (no sheer show-through) during deep squats, deadlifts, and heavy stretches.

  3. How should I wash and care for my Phoenix apparel? To preserve the sweat-wicking properties, elasticity, and fit of your premium activewear:

    • Wash inside out on a cool cycle (30°C is highly recommended).

    • Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners (softeners can coat and clog the technical microfibres that wick sweat away).

    • Hang dry naturally. Do not tumble dry or iron printed logos.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

  1. What is your return policy? We want you to train with absolute confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

    • Complete with all original tags still attached.

    • Free from any makeup, deodorant, or perfume scent marks.

  2. How do I start a return or exchange? To initiate a return, simply email our support team at info@phoenixcoachingsystems.fit with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
