Shipping policy

At Phoenix Coaching Systems, we understand that when you order your training gear, you want it delivered quickly, safely, and securely. We work hard to process and dispatch your items as fast as possible so you can get back to focusing on your training goals.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options across the United Kingdom and selected international regions. All transit times are calculated from the day your order is dispatched.

Next-Day Delivery Note: To qualify for Express Next-Day Delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next available working day.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • High-Demand Periods: During peak sales periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major product launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as our warehouse team works diligently to pack your orders safely.

3. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order is packed and leaves our London distribution hub, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery directly on the courier’s portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

4. International Delivery, Duties, & Customs

For our athletes training outside of the UK, we offer tracked international shipping.

  • Duties and Taxes: Depending on your destination country, your package may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These fees are not collected or controlled by Phoenix Coaching Systems and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, local customs authorities may delay a parcel for inspection. While we provide all necessary paperwork, we cannot control or be held responsible for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Parcels

We want to make sure your order reaches you on the first try.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Phoenix Coaching Systems is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: If a parcel is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address or because it went uncollected at a local sorting office, we will contact you. You may be responsible for a re-shipping fee to have the package dispatched a second time.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and items immediately and contact us at info@phoenixcoachingsystems.fit within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking history shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or look for a safeplace card before contacting us. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work quickly to issue a replacement or a refund.
